Abstract: | OLIVEIRA, Maria das Dores da Silva Rodrigues Lumini de – Estudo sobre avaliação em contexto de jardim de infância. Porto : [ed. autor], 2011. XII, 107 f. Dissertação de Mestrado em Ciências da Educação - Especialização em Supervisão Pedagógica, apresentada à Escola Superior de Educação de Paula Frassinetti sob a orientação da Professora Doutora Daniela Alexandra Ramos Gonçalves. We aim with this research, to know the perceptions of teachers in relation to the physical education, more precisely on the curriculum in the four years of primary school. In the theoretical component, we have prepared a discussion about the importance of physical education over the years, its contribution to the welfare of motor, cognitive and effective, achieving healthy lifestyle habits and recognition of this area in the school curriculum. Due to its specificity, it became necessary to investigate also the initial training of teachers. In an empirical study it was conducted a descriptive research, predominantly qualitative. For data collection we used the technique of survey questionnaire applied to teachers of primary school, as well as interview technique, applied to the master teachers. The choice of two methods assumed the demand for more reliable results. 49 teachers participated in this study. Through the results, we conclude that teachers find very beneficial in the practice of physical education, not everyone teachs it, defending the lack of training, lack of materials and/or lack of physical space. To overcome these difficulties, we advocate an increase in training in this area, which scarce, cooperation of teacher-professional-level school and a restructuring of the physical spaces level. If this were not possible, greater oversight by the management could change pedagogical practices. |
