Práticas e intencionalidades educativas no ensino do 1º e 2º ciclos do ensino básico

Abstract

As alterações legislativas de 2007, ao regime de habilitação para a docência, vieram alargar os domínios de habilitação generalista, passando a compreender a habilitação conjunta para o 1º ciclo e 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. O presente relatório expõe uma descrição sobre o processo de desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional experienciado, enquanto estudante do Mestrado em Ensino do 1º e do 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, ao longo dos estágios realizados nas duas valências. No sentido de produzir conhecimento sobre a intervenção educativa, assente numa prática reflexiva, considerada fundamental para o exercício e desenvolvimento da profissionalidade. Para tal, optou-se por um estudo de natureza qualitativa, referente aos participantes do estudo, composto por vinte e quatro alunos do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e vinte do 2º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Ao longo do relatório é colocado em evidência o desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal da estagiária em ambas as valências, tendo em conta uma descrição detalhada da intervenção educativa nos dois contextos e, consequente, reflexão. Ser professor, hodiernamente, não é uma tarefa fácil. Para a dar resposta às novas necessidades da sociedade, o professor deve procurar diversificar as suas práticas de ensino, organizar ambientes de aprendizagem motivadores e estimulantes, conhecer as diferentes inteligências dos seus alunos e saber tirar partido delas, promovendo aprendizagens significativas. O professor tem a responsabilidade de desenvolver o potencial criativo de cada aluno e de apoiar o desenvolvimento de cidadãos críticos e participativos. O professor deve ter cada vez mais um caráter dinâmico, reflexivo, complexo e transdisciplinar. This report presents a description of the process of personal and professional development experienced as a student of the Master in Teaching 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education over the internships in both valences. In order to produce knowledge about the educational intervention, based on reflective practice, considered fundamental for the exercise and development of professionalism. To this end, we opted for a qualitative study, referring to the study participants, composed of twenty four students of the 1st cycle of basic education and twenty of the 2nd cycle of basic education. Throughout the report is placed in evidence the professional and personal development of the trainee in both valences, given a detailed description of the educational intervention in both contexts and the consequent reflection. Being a teacher, in our times, is not an easy task. To meet the changing needs of society, the teacher should seek to diversify their teaching practices, organize learning environments motivating and stimulating to know the different intelligences of your students and know how to take advantage of them, promoting meaningful learning. The teacher has the responsibility to develop the creative potential of each student and support the development of critical citizens and participatory. The teacher should have an increasingly dynamic character, reflective, complex and transdisciplinary.ESEPF17
