A importância da prática na construção da profissionalização

Abstract

Ser professor, não é tarefa fácil! Estando numa sociedade de mudança, mais rápida e radical do que nunca, é exigido ao professor muitos resultados, esquecendo-se, por vezes, do professor como ser humano. O professor forma as pessoas, os futuros adultos do dia de amanhã e é nele que estão as expectativas para a melhoria. Com a diversidade da população, a emigração e imigração e o cruzamento de etnias, cada vez este assunto é um desafio maior para o docente. Ser professor vai muito além do que dar aulas, é dar muito de si como profissional e ainda mais como pessoa. O bom docente demonstra a sua paixão e entusiamo no que leciona, preocupa-se com a inclusão de todos os seus alunos, motivando-os com a criatividade e interdisciplinaridade, reunindo várias temáticas de disciplinas distintas e partindo dos interesses individuais de cada um. O professor de hoje enfrenta grande pressão por parte da sociedade, lidando muitas da vezes com crianças com famílias desestruturadas, o que se reflete no seu comportamento, atitudes e aproveitamento escolar. Hoje, o professor é bem mais que docente, é pai/mãe, psicólogo, amigo. Muitas vezes é a figura de referência da criança/adolescente, o único apoio e quem poderá fazer a real diferença na sua vida. As crianças são o melhor do Mundo e a escola deve ser o meio no qual estas aprendam, desenvolvam, cresçam e formem-se como pessoas. Só quem ama o que faz e se dedica à profissão consegue incutir nos outros o pretendido. Igualmente importante é planificar, autoavaliar-se, refletir e investigar. Aptidão e paixão são, então, as palavras-chave.Being a teacher is not an easy task! The good teacher demonstrates passion and enthusiasm in what she teaches, is concerned with the inclusion of all students, motivating them with creativity and interdisciplinary, bringing together various topics from different disciplines and building upon the individual interests of each. The teacher is now facing great pressure from society, a lot of times dealing with children with dysfunctional families, which is reflected in their behavior, attitudes and school performance. Today, the teacher is much more than teaching the role as the father / mother, psychologist, friend. Often they are the reference of the child / adolescent, the only support that can make a real difference in their life. Children are the best in the world and the school should be the place where they learn, develop, grow and graduate as a person. Only someone who loves what he does and is dedicated to the profession can instill in others intended. Equally important is to plan, self-assess, reflect and investigate. Talent and passion are then keywords.
