A supervisão pedagógica na liderança de estruturas intermédias

Abstract

Durante este percurso formativo e investigativo, fomos sempre perseguidos e perseguimos novos desafios. A partir da dimensão interativa, dialógica, interpessoal e desenvolvimentista da supervisão pedagógica e na sua articulação com a colaboração, procurámos compreender a realidade de uma escola num dado contexto (quer espacialmente, quer no tempo) para agirmos sobre ela, com a inevitável intencionalidade de a transformar. Foi no âmbito desta intencionalidade investigativa e formativa que formulámos a seguinte questão norteadora: De que forma as lideranças intermédias podem contribuir para a concretização do PE? Nesta sequência, definimos os seguintes propósitos para este trabalho de projeto que nortearam um conjunto de objetivos que explicitamos no enquadramento metodológico: a) envolver os docentes no Projeto Educativo do Agrupamento e consequentemente na melhoria do serviço educativo prestado à comunidade educativa; b) desenvolver competências que potenciem o exercício de lideranças intermédias; c) elaborar uma proposta de melhoria do desempenho nas lideranças intermédias. No enquadramento metodológico estão explicitados as opções para esta investigação, bem como uma análise das teorias públicas acerca dos instrumentos de recolha e tratamento dos dados da investigação, não esquecendo de enfatizar todos os procedimentos adotados. Da análise e discussão dos dados, resulta uma proposta de entender esta temática, tendo em conta a realidade estudada, beneficiando, deste modo, a possibilidade/oportunidade de (re)configurar a realidade educativa deste agrupamento.ABSTRACT Throughout this learning and investigative pathway, we have always been pursued by new challenges and we have pursued those challenges ourselves. Using the interactive, communicative, interpersonal and evolving dimension of pedagogical supervision and its collaborative aspect as a starting point, we aimed to understand the reality of a school, within its own context in terms of time and space, in order to act upon it with the inevitable intent to transform it. With this purpose we formulated the paramount question “How can intermediate leaderships contribute to the implementation of the Educative Plan (EP)?” From this fundamental question, the proposed goals of this project were derived. These were, namely: a) to promote the involvement of teachers in the EP of their cluster, hence in the improvement of the educational service provided to the school community; b) to promote the development of skills that encourage the practice of intermediate leaderships; c) to design a plan to improve the performance of intermediate leaderships. In the methodological background, the analysis criteria are outlined together with an overview of the available instruments for data collection and processing and a detailed description of the followed protocols. Through the analysis and discussion of the data generated, the present thesis aims to understand this theme within the studied environment, looking for possibilities and opportunities to (re)configure the reality of education in this cluster.
