The interactions between children of 3 years old are of extreme importance since they can influence their behaviors and personality for life. A good interaction between children of this age is a great start for the success of their socialization process. However, a bad interaction can change decisively the growing up path of the child, having consequences not only in their personal life but also in their professional and social ones, leading to marginalization and lack of interest in school. So it is essential that in dysfunctional classes the kinder garden teacher should promote the integration of all children in the group, initially guiding to socialization interactions until they reach autonomy. Moreover it is key to keep observation data, search and understand the social environment where the children live and acknowledge the origins of their behaviors in order to fill the gaps, helping thus, in the interaction between children enlarging the possibility to a good integration in the society. It is important to evidence that the combination of the theoretical and practical knowledge, allied with the contact between academia and pedagogical staff of the internship institution, contributed to the acquirement evolution process, reflected in this report. |
