A importância da motivação como desencadeador de aprendizagens num grupo de quatro anos

Abstract

O presente relatório está integrado no Mestrado de Educação PréEscolar, e visa mostrar todo o percurso de desenvolvimento, pessoal e profissional, da mestranda, ao longo do estágio profissionalizante, que decorreu no ano letivo 2014/2015, com um grupo de crianças de quatro anos numa IPSS, da cidade do Porto, sob a orientação pedagógica da Mestre, Ivone Neves. Iniciou-se o relatório com uma ponderação pessoal sobre a profissão, onde se abordaram aspetos pertinentes da prática pedagógica. Procurou dar-se resposta a uma pergunta de partida diretamente relacionada com a motivação e o empenho das crianças nas práticas de ensino-aprendizagem. Este estudo teve como objetivos principais aprofundar o conhecimento sobre a situação familiar das crianças, caracterizar as vivências e a sua relação com a escola. Todo este percurso desenvolvido teve como suporte as observações, os registos e as reflexões, apoiados por uma bibliografia que permitiu adequar toda a prática educativa ao grupo de crianças envolvido.

The present report is integrated in the master’s degree of pre-school education and has the objective of showing the development, personal and professional, of the graduate student, along the professionalizing internship that took place during the academic year of 2014/2015, with a group of four year old children in a IPSS, in the city of Porto, under the supervision of the Master, Ivone Neves. The report began with a personal reflection about the profession, were important aspects of the pedagogical practice were addressed. An answer to a question directly connected with the motivation and commitment of the children was sought after in the practices of teaching and learning. This study had as the main objectives the deepening of the knowledge about the family circumstances of the children, the characterization of their experiences and their relationship with school. All of the development in this path had as support the observations, records and reflections backed up by a bibliography that allowed the adjustment of all the teaching practices on the group of children involved.
