Os Contos Cardeais: uma orientação rumo à aprendizagem signific(ativa) em Português no 2º CEB

Abstract

O presente trabalho resulta da aplicação de um projeto numa instituição do 2.º CEB localizado no Grande Porto. Esta investigação foi concebida para disponibilizar diferentes formas de dinamização dos contos para a aquisição das competências preconizadas no Perfil do Aluno à Saída do Ensino Obrigatório. A temática em análise surgiu da crescente desvalorização, nas nossas escolas, dos contos ou da potencialidade dos mesmos para o desenvolvimento e reflexão dos alunos. Assim, ao longo deste relatório podemos verificar que diferentes atividades de abordagem aos contos motivam os alunos a ler mais e, consequentemente, a desenvolver mais a sua escrita e oralidade, melhorando também assim os seus resultados e o desenvolvimento de diferentes competências transversais a todas as áreas do saber. Neste sentido, verificamos que existem três aspetos fulcrais para a realização deste trabalho com e para os alunos, nomeadamente, o professor estar disposto a abrir horizontes e consequentemente estar em formação contínua mesmo na sua profissionalidade. Outro dos aspetos é o aumento da frequência do trabalho em projeto nas nossas salas de aula e nos diferentes ambientes educativos, pois vai permitir ao aluno familiarizar-se com esta metodologia de forma a não haver estranheza durante o processo. Por último, necessitamos que as nossas escolas apoiem este trabalho e cooperem com o professor para que juntos com o aluno possam trilhar diversos caminhos que se tornam mais significativos para o aluno. Contudo, apesar de se registar algum incremento deste tipo trabalho e a relação entre a literatura e o desenvolvimento do aluno a nível cognitivo, emocional e social, no entanto é necessário não desistirmos do que acreditamos e levarmos os outros a entrarem também nesta viagem dos livros

The present paper results of a project in an institution of 2nd Cycle School located in Oporto. This research was designed to provide different forms of dynamization of the tales for the acquisition of skills recommended in the Student Profile until the Key Stage 4. The issues in analysis arose from the growing devaluation in our schools of tales or of their potential for the development and reflection of students. Throughout this report we can verify that different activities of approach to the tales motivate the students to read more and more, consequently, to develop their writing and orality. Therefore, improving their results and the development of different competences throughout all the areas of knowledge. In this sense, we verified that there are three key aspects to the accomplishment of this work with and for the students, namely, the teacher is willing to open horizons and consequently to be in continuous formation even in their professionalism. Another aspect is to increase the frequency of project work in our classrooms and in different educational environments, since it will allow the student to become familiar with this methodology so that there is no strangeness during the process. Lastly, we need our schools to support this work and to cooperate with the teacher so that together with the student they can walk several paths that become more meaningful for the student. However, there is some increment of this type of work and the relationship between literature and student development in cognitive, emotional and social level. It is necessary not to give up in what concerns our believes and take others to enter this journey of books
