Questões essenciais da Coordenação e Gestão Escolar em contexto de 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico

Abstract

O presente relatório de estágio foi concebido no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré- Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, sob a orientação da Doutora Daniela Gonçalves, da Escola Superior de Educação de Paula Frassinetti. Na sociedade atual, permanecemos num tempo em que a escola apresenta “dificuldades” em dar respostas aos novos e permanentes desafios do mundo contemporâneo, pelo que é importante compreendermos a realidade da escola, a fim de agirmos sobre esta, com a inevitável intencionalidade de a transformar. A autonomia e a flexilização curricular apresentam-se como eixos fundamentais de um projeto da escola; contudo, é necessário que todo o trabalho que envolva a comunidade escolar esteja alinhado com as diretrizes do Ministério da Educação, contemplando o currículo nacional, as grandes finalidades do projeto educativo de escola, e a liderança de topo e as intermédias que concretizem e congregam os diferentes atores da comunidade educativa. A grande finalidade deste relatório é averiguar, apresentar e intrepretar as questões essenciais da coordenação e gestão escolar em contexto do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, pois considera-se necessário cmpreender esta temática dada a sua atualidade, utilidade, importância e pertinência face às novas mudanças legislativas

This internship report was conceived under the Master's Degree in Pre-primary Education and Basic Cycle Education, under the guidance of Dr. Daniela Gonçalves, of the Superior School of Education of Paula Frassinetti. In today's society, we remain at a time when the school presents "difficulties" in responding to the new and permanent challenges of the contemporary world, so it is important to understand the reality of the school in order to act on it, with the inevitable intentionality of to transform. Autonomy and curricular flexilization are fundamental elements of a school project; however, it is necessary that all work involving the school community be aligned with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education, encompassing the national curriculum, the major purposes of the school educational project, and the top leadership and the intermediaries that different actors of the educational community. The main purpose of this report is to investigate, present and interpret the essential issues of school coordination and management in the context of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, considering that it is necessary to understand this theme given its relevance, usefulness, importance and relevance to the new legislative changes.
